Privacy Policy

ROUTINE DELIVERY respects the privacy of the people we deliver to. This policy explains what information we hold and how we protect it.

Information we collect

To deliver a shipment we record the recipient's name, delivery address, destination city, state and country, and — when provided by the sender — an email address and phone number. We also record each status update for the shipment, such as when a label is created or a package is delivered.

How we use it

Shipment information is used only to deliver the package and to show its progress to the person holding the tracking number. We do not sell recipient information or use it for advertising.

What the public tracking page shows

Anyone with a valid tracking number can see the recipient's name, the destination city and country, the shipment and estimated delivery dates, and the recorded status updates. The full delivery address, email address and phone number are never shown on the tracking page.

Who can access shipment records

Complete shipment records can only be viewed, changed or deleted by authorised ROUTINE DELIVERY administrators who sign in to our secure management system. Access is enforced by our servers and database, not just by hiding pages.

How long we keep information

We keep shipment records for as long as needed to complete the delivery and handle any follow-up questions. Administrators can permanently delete a shipment record, after which its tracking number no longer returns any information.

Your choices

If you are a recipient and would like your information corrected or removed, please contact us through the Contact page with your tracking number.
